Background: When you have experienced violent and traumatic deaths in past lives - time and again - more often than not, you are bound to feel unsafe in life. If your Past Life Alert Monitor is always going off and the basic exercise is not taming it -OR- if it has been tamed but you still do not feel safe, then this exercise is will help to release the underlying death traumas. This is a hazard of Old Souls.

Goal: If you cannot feel safe in the world, even when you have taken all the necessary precautions that make most other people feel safe, this exercise can help you (and the multitudes of your unquiet past life dead) to feel safe once again. This for those who died in past lives due to horrific historical events like the Holocaust, the Inquisition, the Black Death, the Spanish Flu, the Dark Age Catastrophe, etc. It is also for those who have died time again for speaking and living their truth.

Do both parts of the exercise every day for 60 days. If you miss a day, you have to start all over again. When you can get through it for the full 60 days, your life will be transformed for the better.

Preparation (Daily Work):

* Identify Your Fears: Each individual has had a unique journey through the universe. Consequently, each person will fear different things depending on their personal experience in past lives. To feel safe, you must first know what you fear and why you fear it so you can dispel those fears. Most fears break down into:

Fears driven by events, like fears of fire, water, nature, and heights.
Fears driven by experience, like fears of death, illness, and medicine.
Fears driven by people, like fears of scams, strangers, and speaking.
Fears driven by change, like fears of aging, abandonment, and future.
Instinctive fears like darkness, spiders, snakes , and separation.

* Prioritize Your Fears: Dealing with fears created from suffering and death in past lives requires a patient and persistent strategy. There are two ways to go about healing theme: here are the advantages and disadvantages:

Most to Least: Some prefer to start this process by tackling their worst fears first. The advantages (+) are that fears operate like a tree: deal with the roots and the branches will fall away. The disadvantages (-) are that progress on tackling the big fears will be slow and may discourage you from continuing with this healing process.

Least to Most: Others prefer to start this process by tackling their least fears first. The advantages (+) are that success in eliminating small fears encourages you to continue the healing process. The disadvantages (-) are that, like in cutting down a tree, killing off the branches takes much longer than directly attacking the roots.

* One Fear at a Time: Start with one fear and work on it in both the daily work and in the meditation session. Do not advance to working on the next fear until you feel the previous fear fading. The more fears you dissolve with this process, the easier it becomes. Fears were created over time and must be dispelled over time.

How to Do This Exercise (Daily Work):

* Safety Blanket: Your experience of life is all about what you notice and choose to put your attention on. When you have deep seated fears, you need to work on them throughout the day each and every day. STOP noticing what makes you feel unsafe and START noticing what makes you feel safe. Fear is a habit that took time to build (many past lives) and will take time to destroy (in this one).

For every time you FEEL SAFE, give thanks, bask in the feeling of being safe (relaxation in the body, peace in the mind, and calmness in the emotions), and take a moment to connect with these sensations.

For every time you
FEEL UNSAFE, question it, examine the feeling of being unsafe (constriction in the body, disturbance in the mind, agitation in the emotions), and decide if that is actually true or if it is just a conditioned response (in other words, a habit of being fearful).

If it is just a
HABIT and you are really safe, calm yourself by taking deep breaths until you feel safe and peaceful in body-mind-emotions.

If you are actually
UNSAFE, do what it takes to get to safety and/or to make yourself feel safe (like calling a "safety sponsor" who can talk you into gaining a clearer insight on the actual safety of your situation).

Preparation (Meditation Session):

1> Most people need to do this exercise daily for at least six months before they can settle all the resonances from past lives that are DRIVING non-stop feelings of danger and insecurity. You will definitely need to have patience with this process because you will not feel safe overnight (this will take time). Yet if you are patient and have a sincere desire to do meaningful past life healing, you will be successful.

2> Remember to do this process slowly. You must focus on completely relaxing your body and your mind so that layers of past life traumas can be brought gently into your conscious awareness and then released. Each time you do this exercise you will go ever more deeply into your unhealed past life issues. Each time you will release a little more of the fears created by deaths in past lives. The deeper you go, the more answers you get, the safer you will feel in your body, mind, and emotions.

3> Ask for your Higher Self, your Guides, your Guardian angels, and whatever other servants of the universe you like to be present for the entire session and to keep you safe and protected at all times. Trust that this must and will be so.

4> When this exercise is complete, drink a glass of water and immediately cleanse yourself. Good cleansing will vary depending on if you are an:

"Air" person, sweating in a sauna or steam room is good cleansing. [MORE]
"Earth" person, taking a mud bath is good cleansing. [MORE]
"Fire" person, sitting surrounded by lit candles is good cleansing. [MORE]
"Water" person, taking a long shower is good cleansing. [MORE]

5> Being comfortable is the key. You can lie down (recommended) or sit up. If you opt to sit up, you must be supported and feel fully relaxed and comfortable.

6> Do this exercise in a peaceful place where you will be completely undisturbed for the entire session. This exercise should last for NO longer than 30 minutes. Set an alarm or timer to snap you out of it should the session begin to run any longer.

How to Do This Exercise (Meditation Session):

* Forgiveness: Focusing on your fears means focusing on what you do not want to happen. Imagining the "worst case scenario" may well have saved your life in the past... Yet it is harming you now because it keeps you mired in feeling unsafe.

Start the session by FORGIVING your past life selves for having contributed to the present life fears that are RUINING your life now. This forgiveness must be unconditional. This is why you must start with forgiveness - so that whatever you discover about your past lives - does not interfere with your ability to forgive yourself.
* Understanding: On the inside, deep within the recesses of your unconscious mind, there are good reasons for your fears originating in your past lives.

If you fear fire, then most likely you died from fires which were a common hazard.
If you fear water, then most likely you were lost at sea or intentionally drowned.
If you fear nature, then most likely you died in an earthquake or natural disaster.
If you fear heights, then most likely you fell off a cliff or died in a plane crash.

If you fear death, then most likely you often died painfully-violently in past lives.
If you fear illness, then most likely you died of plague or other horrific diseases.
If you fear medicine, then most likely "cures" you sought caused suffering/death.

If you fear scams, then most likely you-loved ones suffered because of criminals.
If you fear strangers, then most likely you-loved ones suffered from warfare.
If you fear speaking, then most likely you suffered-died from being outspoken.

If you fear aging, then most likely your incapacity lead to a painful-violent end.
If you fear abandonment, then most likely you died from being left behind.
If you fear separation, then most likely you died from losing family.
If you fear the future, then most likely failure to change caused suffering-death.

Due to many past lives in "caveman" situations, everyone has instinctive primal fears like the fear of
darkness, spiders, and snakes, man's ancient foes.
ASK to be shown WHY you have these fears: most often they originate in past live(s). Ask to be shown only the most relevant past experience so that you get what you need to heal without being overwhemled by pain and sorrow you have already experienced.

ASK to be shown if there is a PATTERN to these fears: the deepest fears are those were the same cause led to the same result time and again. Ask to be shown how this relates to BLOCKS to what you want to be, do, or have in your life now.

ASK to be shown what the LESSON is behind these fears: once you have learned what is necessary, the fears can be released. Ask to be shown what you need to do/stop doing for this learning to be completed so that you can move forward in your life today.

ASK to be shown HOW to dispel these fears: your inner guidance will be happy to show you the way! Ask them for advice about how to dissolve your fears and how to become safe and to feel safe (which are two different things). Ask to be shown what you need to do/stop doing so that you can feel safe... the way you should feel about life.
* NOW: To break free of your past life fears, you must gain control over your present reality by being crystal clear on what you want NOW.
ACTIONS from Advice: If you are not already taking precautions to keep your fears from coming true, start taking these actions. Ask during meditation what else you can do to handle your fears in a way that supports-enhances (and does not drain-disrupt) your life.

Fire can be guarded against by use of alarms and extinguishers.
Water can be guarded against by use of life vests and preservers.
Nature can be guarded against by having a fortress-like home.
Heights can be guarded against by avoiding skyscrapers-airplanes.

Death can be guarded against by being vigilant about safety.
Illness can be guarded against through wellness and prevention.
Medicine can be guarded against by sticking to the tried-and-true.

Scams can be guarded against by avoiding speculative ventures.
Strangers can be guarded against by surrounding yourself with friends.
Speaking can be guarded against by being careful about disclosures.

Aging can be guarded against through wellness and prevention.
Abandonment and Separation can be guarded against through regular contact with safe people (via phone, texts, and email).

Well constructed homes with pest control devices are the best defense against
darkness, spiders, and snakes.

ACTIONS from Inspiration: Ask your guides for help with achieving your goals for your life today. Often, the inspired actions you receive during your meditation will be the key to dissolving deep seated fears created by past life traumas so you can be, do, or have anything you want... today! The past CAN be healed: you can do it!

Example: The point of doing this exercise is to delve into your past lives. Unlike a movie, this is always an intensely personal journey that will speak to you on many levels. It will be different for everyone since everyone is unique and has had a different past life journey. I wish you well on your journeys to the inner worlds.
