Rules of the House #25e:
Past Life Carry Over Fears - Event
"Habits... form us. Conquer your
bad habits or they will conquer you." (Rob Gilbert)
When people enter their present life, they have
forgotten that they have chosen the difficulties they are facing now to
resolve unfinished business from past lives.
Often that business is conquering fears acquired in the past that are no
longer serve them like:
If you are terrified by fear to the point you worry about being
burned, you have Pyrophobia.
If you fear fire without ever having experienced it
in this life, you have most likely died by fire in past lives:
*
Pyrophobia Defined:
Pyrophobia is the fear of being burned by
fire. If you were burned to death in a past life, the resulting trauma
can be seared so deeply into your cellular memory that it carries over
as crippling present Pyrophobia.
*
Burned at the Stake:
I know from past life experience (not that
I am glad to possess this information) that the worst way to die is by
being burned alive. The skin is the largest organ in your body… and you
realize how much of it there is when it is being seared by flames.
*
Burned in Locked Building:
Governments (in past lives) would
perform mass executions by locking prisoners inside a building and
setting it on fire. Those who were very lucky died quickly from smoke
inhalation or from being trampled. The unlucky ones died from flames.
*
Struck by Lightning:
Since individuals spent much more time
outside in past lives, they were more at risk for being struck by
lightning. Although there is a high survival rate for lightning strikes,
most suffer some degree of burns and all acquire a fear of fire.
*
The Pyrophobia Test:
Here is how to know if you are being
influenced by this past life habit (fear of fire). Do you have any
of these?
*
Skin Cancer/Discoloration:
Many times those who are born with
skin cancer were killed by fire in their recent past lives. The pattern
of lesions on their skin can reveal the path the fire took as it consumed
their past life body. These lesions will appear as deep red/purple
birth marks
(if the fire was rather recent in
their cycle of reincarnation) ranging down to white (where the fire trauma
is almost healed). A famous example of burn marked flesh was the giant
birthmark on the head of former Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Gorbachev.
*
Skin Rashes/Sensations:
Those who were died directly from being
burned by the flames in past lives more often tend to reincarnate with
more minor problems like rashes or constant sensations of itching or
burning. These tend to center around the areas which were most damaged
in past lives. Where the rashes and itching are worst or the most resistant
to present treatments are the sites of the past lives burnings/deaths
by fire in most need of healing to effect a lasting cure.
*
Excessive Sweating:
Those who were killed by smoke inhalation
(rather than directly by the flames) in past lives can reincarnate with
sweating problems (like
Hyperhidrosis).
The death trauma - where the individual was sweating from heat and fear
while still alive - becomes trapped inside their energy field. Their
efforts to heal their excessive sweating will help them to release the
related past life traumatic memories from their subconscious mind.
*
Respiratory/Breathing:
Those who were killed by smoke inhalation
can also reincarnate with respiratory problems like difficulty in breathing
and/or chronic pneumonia/bronchitis/lung disease. The constriction in
breathing will force them to heal it and to release the related traumatic
memories from their subconscious mind.
If you fear water to the point you worry excessively
about being drowned, you have Hydrophobia.
If you fear drowning without ever having come close
to it in this life, you have most likely died from it in past lives:
*
Hydrophobia Defined:
Hydrophobia is the fear of death by water.
In past lives, water was often used to torture individuals to death. Those
who died from these cruel water tortures in past lives often carried the
fear of water into future lives.
*
Tidal Torture:
Those with the greatest fear of water usually have
suffered from tidal torture in one or more past lives. Others would bury
the sufferer standing up to their neck in sand by the ocean. Their arms
and legs would be buried in a way the immobilized them. Try as they might
the buried person could not get free. All they could do was watch helplessly
as the tide came in and the water covered their face. After watching for
hours, it took them minutes to die.
*
Drowning Torture:
The most common water torture was where the
individual was tied down inside a public water system. The next time that
it rained the individual was drowned as the water storage tank filled up.
This was an easy form of water torture because others were not around to
hear their screams for help. The next time that it rained, the individual
would be drowned, assuming that they had not already died from dehydration
while waiting for rain to come.
*
Bursting Torture:
Another common water torture was where the
person's ability to urinate was stopped while water or other liquids were
forced down their throat. The stomach would expand to contain the water.
Eventually, the force of the liquid would burst the stomach which would
eventually create agonizing pain and kill the person.
*
The Hydrophobia Test:
Here is how to know if you are being
influenced by this past life habit (fear of water). Do you have any
of these?
*
Water Weight Gain:
Those who drowned in past lives often reincarnate
with unwanted water weight. Swollen hands and feet prove difficult to
heal and end up being chronic problems. The more persistent and resistant
the water weight gain is, the more past life healing is indicated to
release the related fear of water.
*
Stomach Weakness:
Those whose stomaches were bursted by water in
past lives usually require many subsequent lives before it is healed.
Where stomach problems are unusually resistant to present cures, the
cause of these issues most likely lie in past lives.
*
Respiratory/Breathing:
Those who were killed by drowning in water
can also reincarnate with respiratory problems like difficulty in breathing
and/or chronic pneumonia/bronchitis/lung disease. The constriction in
breathing will force them to heal it and to release the related traumatic
memories from their subconscious mind.
If you are terrified by fear to the point you worry
about being trapped in small spaces, you have Claustrophobia.
If you fear confinement without ever having
experienced it in this life, you have most likely died from it in past lives:
*
Claustrophobia Defined:
Claustrophobia is the fear of death due
to a type of confinement. If you died from imprisonment, abandonment,
or being buried alive in a past life, the resulting trauma can be imprinted
into your cellular memory.
*
Burial Errors:
In the 19th century, when graves were rearranged,
incontrovertable and grisly evidence emerged of people being buried alive.
It spawned safety devices, like bells above ground which could be pulled
by those inside a coffin. Funeral caretakers went around the graveyard
looking to see if the bells had been rung. Although a few individuals were
intentionally buried alive by enemies, most often these burial errors
happened because doctors could not distinguish between the dead and those
who were in a deep coma. The lack of oxygen would wake coma victims but
by then it was too late.
*
Walled-In:
In past lives, individuals used to build their own
homes. As the walls went up, those who wanted to get rid of troublesome
people simply walled them in. Without fresh air, food, and water, the
walled in person died. Similarly, those who constructed pyramids and
were sealed inside suffered the same trauma as those walled in.
*
The Claustrophobia Test:
Here is how to know if you are being
influenced by this past life habit (fear of confinement). Do you have any
of these?
*
Physical - Diseases:
Those who were "buried alive" in past lives
can end up contracting diseases in their bodies which will help them to
release their fears from their mind and emotions. Those who contract
Allergies, Asthma, Bronchitis, Pneumonia, and other respiratory illnesses
are highly likely to have buried alive in at least one past life.
*
Mental - Habits:
They who were "buried alive" in past lives can
have develop the habit of always knowing where the escape routes are
because they suffered so horribly from not being able to escape in the
past. They can decide to always live out of doors because they fear
being trapped indoors. Some even beg loved ones to give them a lethal
injection of poison upon being pronounced dead… just so that they cannot
re-experience the horror of being "buried alive" again.
*
Emotional - Fears:
Those who were "buried alive" in past lives
can end up "reacting" to this by suffering from a number of related fears
in their lives today. Those who fear confined spaces (like closets, cars,
airplanes, trains, MRI tubes, etc), those who fear suffocation, and those
who fear death related things (like coffins, funerals, etc) are all highly
likely to have buried alive in at least one past life. Believe me, being
"buried alive" is NOT fun at all!
If you are terrified by fear to the point you worry about being judged
negatively, you have Socialphobia.
If you fear others judging you in this life, you
have most likely died from harsh judgments in past lives:
*
Socialphobia Defined:
Socialphobia (also known as Social Anxiety
Disorder - SAD) is the fear of social situations and interaction with other
people. The anxiety arises from the fear being of judged by others and of
how the evaluation of others will effect them. This happens because
individuals suffered and died from such judgments (usually from the
execution of law) in past lives.
*
Wrong Side of the Law:
I should have Socialphobia. In various
past lives, I have been burned at the stake, shot, stabbed, strangled,
poisoned, disembowelled, hung, drowned, and so on. I have been tortured
by the Inquisition and the Nazis. Yet I do not have this phobia because I know
from that people pay a terrible mental and emotional price for living one
way privately and acting another way publicly. Not only do they fail to
manifest what they desire, they live with the daily strain of internal
warfare and concealment. In the end, by your words and your actions shall
you be known and judged.
*
The Socialphobia Test:
Here is how to know if you are being
influenced by this past life habit (fear of law). Do you have any
of these?
*
General Perception:
People with SAD are seen by others as being
shy, quiet, nervous, withdrawn, inhibited, disinterested, and aloof.
This exterior view of SAD sufferers is not representative of their inner
reality. Those with SAD want to be "normal" socially, to make friends,
and to be involved in social interactions with others.
*
Social Triggers:
People with Social Anxiety-Phobia usually
experience significant anxiety in the following situations:
Being introduced to others.
Being the center of attention.
Being teased or criticized by others.
Having to looking other people in the eye.
Meeting "important" people/authority figures.
Being watched or observed while doing something.
Having to speak in a public or an unfamiliar setting.
*
Physical SAD Symptoms:
include blushing, racing heart, excessive
sweating, dry mouth, constricted throat, trembling, and muscle twitching
when confronted with triggering social situations.
*
Mental SAD Symptoms:
include racing mind/thoughts, "knee jerk"
responses, automatic negative thinking, being easily embarrassed in social
settings, and being excessively self-conscious in public.
*
Emotional SAD Symptoms:
include intense fear, overwhelming anxiety,
extreme nervousness as well as feeling insecure and out of place in social
situations causing shut down or withdrawal. Alternatively, sufferers
create diversions to avoid contact while in public: swallowing, writing,
talking, or texting on the phone.
*
Advice:
The cure for "Socialphobia" is to understand the
source of the past life fears though the
"Healing Unquiet Past Life Personalities"
exercise and to heal those fears with the
"EFT: Releasing Frozen Emotions Forever"
exercise.
If you are terrified and you worry about everything
going wrong all the time, you have Catastrophobia.
If you fear nature's wrath without ever having
experienced it in this life, you have most likely died from it in past
lives:
*
Catastrophobia Defined:
Catastrophobia is fear of the unexpected
accident or emergency that always seems to be lurking around the corner.
Whether in the past or the present, the Earth is a dangerous place and
nature is to be respected. Those who are terrified of catastrophies have
good reasons for their fears. In past lives, these people died horribly
because of such natural disasters.
*
Geographical Nightmare:
This is better known as the United States.
If sea levels rose, that could put half of Florida under water. The entire East Coast
could be wiped out if the Cumbra Viejo land mass slides into the ocean. The
entire West Coast could be wiped out if the eight plates that intersect the
coast go at once and creating a mega tsunami (remember that Salt Lake City
used to be the West Coast not long ago). The Gulf of Mexico is being eroded
by hurricanes. The worst earthquake sites in the world are New Madrid
(near the East Coast with a history of 5 months long quakes) and Yellowstone
(near the West Coast now active). Geographical Nightmare: any questions?
*
Nature's Wrath:
There are more than 1,000 "Near Earth Objects"
which could hit the Earth at any time. Of course, historically speaking it
has not been long since the last pandemic (Spanish Influenza) swept
the world. Plastic pollution is altering the Oceanic Conveyor which could
drastically alter the weather causing very severe temperature fluctuations,
including worldwide drought and famine. Get the picture?
*
The Catastrophobia Test:
Here is how to know if you are being
influenced by this past life habit (fear of life). Do you have any
of these?
Achluophobia/Lygophobia
- Fear of darkness
Noctiphobia/Scotophobia
- Fear of darkness
Ancraophobia/Anemophobia
- Fear of wind
Antlophobia/Cymophobia
- Fear of floods and tsunamis
Astraphobia/Astrapophobia
- Fear of thunder and lightning
Brontophobia/Keraunophobia/Tonitrophobia
- Fear of thunder
Chionophobia/Cryophobia
- Fear of snow, ice, or frost
Pagophobia/Psychrophobia
- Fear of cold, ice, or frost
Eosophobia/Heliophobia
- Fear of dawn or sunlight
Thermophobia/Ifestíophobia
- Fear of heat or volcanoes
Homichlophobia/Fumiphobia
- Fear of fog, mist, smoke, or steam
Lilapsophobia/Dinophobia
- Fear of tornadoes and hurricanes
Nephophobia/Nephelophobia
- Fear of clouds
Ombrophobia/Pluviophobia
- Fear of rain Ypositismosphobia
- Fear of starvation
*
More on Catastrophobia:
In past lives, weather was a constant
worry. Staying ahead of it was literally a matter of life or death.
Especially in in environments of extreme heat or cold, where food and
water were scarce -AND- where shelter was essential, life was a daily
struggle against the variability of weather.
+ Weather Karma:
Those who did not respect the weather often
suffered cruel deaths in past lives from exposure to extreme heat or
cold.
*
Snow/Cold:
The biggest weather fear carried over from past lives
is of winter (snow, ice, cold, etc). In houses with heat from a small
fire, freezing to death was an ever present threat. During blizzards,
homes could be entirely covered by snow and people could suffocate for
lack of air. If snow was thick enough, take a step out of your house,
lose sight of it, get turned around, and you were dead. Even to the
present day, I myself rush to have everything in place during the fall
so that I will minimize my trips outside the house during winter-time.
*
Drought/Heat:
The next biggest fear carried over from past lives
is of summer (drought, heat, sunburn, etc). If it got too hot and there
was little shade and less water, people died. During heat waves, homes
could spontaneously catch on fire and people could suffocate from smoke.
If the heat was intense enough, you could sweat all the water out of your
body and die as a result. Or, your lungs could overheat and just shut
down. Or, your heart could just stop.
*
Lightning/Thunder:
Another past life weather fear is of lightning
and thunder (which signaled lightning). Dannion Brinkley, who survived
two lightning strikes, described it as like being dipped in battery acid.
I would agree with this description based on my own recollections of being
struck by lightning multiple times in past lives.
*
Hurricanes/Tornadoes:
Another past life weather fear is of hurricanes
(killer wind at sea) and tornadoes (killer wind on land). The movie
"Twister" accurately depicts what it is like to be sucked miles into the
sky by a tornado. Thankfully, it does not depict what it is like when
the wind stops and a person drops miles to their death.
*
Earthquake/Quicksand:
Another past life weather fear is of earthquakes
and quicksand where in a split second an individual is swallowed up by an
unstable portion of Earth. The movie "Dante's Peak" accurately depicts
what it is like when land shifts and wrecks havoc with the miniscule
creations of humans… it is not pretty.
If you are terrified and you worry about starving
or dehydrating, you have Ypositismosphobia.
If you fear starving or dehydrating without having
known it in this life, you have most likely died from it in past lives:
*
Ypositismosphobia Defined:
Ypositismosphobia is fear of starvation
(lack of food) or dehydration (lack of water). Whether in the past or the
present, the Earth is a dangerous place. In past lives, those who died
horribly from starvation or dehydration reincarnate with deep fears of it
in many future lives.
*
Irregular Meals:
In past lives, individuals did not eat everyday,
let alone three times a day. If someone ate three out of seven days they
were doing well. Only the rich and powerful ate every day, usually no more
than twice a day. If there were prolonged periods of famine, drought, and
pestilence, even the rich and powerful had to worry about interruptions to
their food supply. To a greater or lesser degree, everyone worried about
the realistic possibility of starvation.
*
Common Experience:
Except for the rich and powerful, most individuals
in the past experienced periods of starvation at some point in their lives.
Feeling hungry and doing without were very common experiences. There were
few who experienced plenty and abundance during the entire span of their
lives without any interruption.
*
Starvation Trap:
What many feared in past lives was falling into
the starvation trap. Prolonged lack of food left an individual unable to
work. They could only lay about as their bodies wasted away from hunger.
It could take up to a month to die this way and the mental-emotional
suffering was as intense as the physical. When you are starving, after all
your fat stores are gone, your body will start eating itself. It will take
from muscles and other tissues to keep the brain, heart, and lungs working.
You will feel progressively sicker.
*
Dehydration Trap:
What many more often experienced in past lives
was dehydration. Seven days without water and a person is as good as dead.
Only 3% of water on Earth is fresh, drinkable water. If rains failed and
water sources dried up, death was certain: for only where there is water
is there life. When you are dehydrating, your mouth will go dry and your
blood pressure will drop. You will become confused. Your internal organs
will start to fail. You will feel increasingly apathetic and disconnected
from the world around you.
*
Suffering Imprint:
Death by starvation and/or dehydration in past
lives leaves a deep imprint on future lives. Past live fears of starvation
manifest in the present as constant over-eating, intractable obesity (can
never lose weight), compulsive hoarding, and wasting food (having more than
you can eat so that you never do without).
*
The Ypositismosphobia Test:
Here is how to know if you are being
influenced by this past life habit (fear of starvation). Do
you have any of these?
Do you believe that "God wants me to suffer and struggle"?
Do you constantly and consistently over-eat or over-drink?
Do you constantly and consistently feel like you are hungry?
Do you constantly and consistently fear that you will starve?
Do you constantly and consistently fear that you will dehydrate?
Do you constantly and consistently running out of food/water?
Do you constantly and consistently hoard excessive food/water?
Do you constantly and consistently tote food/water wherever you go?
Do you constantly and consistently waste food/water rather run out?
Do you constantly and consistently have nightmares about starvation?
If you are terrified by fear to the point you worry about
falling from a great height, you have Acrophobia.
If you fear falling from a great height without being
at risk for it in this life, you have most likely died from it in past lives:
*
Acrophobia Defined:
Acrophobia is the fear of heights whether
in a natural environment (like a mountain top) or an artificial one (like a
tall building). Closely related is
Aerophobia
which is the fear of flying. Both of these involve
the fear of falling to one's death, specifically of the terror as they hurtle
to the ground.
*
Flying High:
Since aviation is a century old, many who died in
airplane crashes in past lives have reincarnated with fears of flying.
Many pilots, who died from flying antique airplanes that were shot down
in war, have the deepest trauma imprints from past lives causing their
present fear of heights. Those who were lost due to their plane's
mechanical failure still suffer from fears of heights but these tend to
be less intense than those suffered in war. Those pilots whose errors
cost the lives of others they were transporting may contract fear of
heights to prevent them flying until they are ready to balance that karma.
*
Deadly Heights:
The Mayan, Aztec, and Incan Empires flung
human sacrifices into deep ravines or down the sides of pyramids.
Since all of these societies were around for a long time, they are the
most common source of past life fears of heights. All of them loved to
terrorize their human sacrifices for weeks before they were killed.
This climate of terror is what makes fears of heights caused by past
lives of Meso-American sacrifice so deep and so long lasting.
*
Defenestration:
Defenestration is a fancy word for being thrown
out of a window. When ancient monarchs tired of a person, the justice was
swift and final as their servants would throw the offender out of the window
onto stone pavement below. The person was usually killed instantly or, if
they survived, the severity of their wounds ensured that they did not live
long. Either way past life defenestration usually left an individual with
a present life fear of heights.
*
The Acrophobia Test:
Here is how to know if you are being
influenced by this past life habit (fear of heights). Do you have any
of these?
*
Airplanes, etc:
If the mere thought of flying, whether in a huge
commercial airline, a small private plane, or a helicopter has you hugging
the Earth, your fear of heights is severe. If your must take sedatives to
to fly, your fear of heights is moderate. In both these cases, healing
the related past lives can free you to fly normally.
*
Tall Buildings:
If you are so nervous and uncomfortable in a tall
building that you could not consider visiting (let alone working) there,
your fear of heights is severe. If you can visit the building but cannot
look out the window on upper floors), your fear of heights is severe.
Healing the related past lives can end these fears for good.
*
Elevators:
If you cannot take the elevator or use the stairs to
navigate a building, your fear of heights is severe. If you can use the
elevator but you feel nervous or nauseous, your fear of heights is
moderate. Resolving past life fears is the key to riding the elevator.
*
More on Acrophobia:
In past lives, those who chose to travel far
from home were literally taking their life in their hands. In the present,
those who travel by plane, train, automobile, or ship are doing the same
(with far less risk).
+ Transportation Karma:
The means of transportation (below) have been around
long enough for those who died violently in them to reincarnate. Those who
fear a particular mode of travel either died or were maimed by them in past
lives.
*
Ships:
Death by drowning from ships lost at the sea in past
lives is the most common past life fear imprint in the present. It also is a
very common source of recurring nightmares. In past lives, fully one third
of all ships that left port were either seriously damaged or sunk into the sea.
This was due as much to poor navigation (especially before the invention of
longitude) as it was to poor construction of ships.
*
Airplanes:
Death by airplane crashes in past lives often leaves
a violent fear imprint in the present. This most often manifests as an
intense fear of traveling by airplane in the present. Past life fears
of airplane crashes are often worked through in the dream state as recurring
nightmares of plummeting to earth. Although it is scary, the best way to
end such the nightmares is to stick with them to the exact moment of death…
that will free you from them.
*
Trains:
Death by train crashes in past lives leaves almost as violent
a fear imprint death by airplane. This most often manifests as an intense
fear of travel by train or bus. Since train travel in past lives was
exceptionally noisy, those with train karma also tend to fear loud noises
and strong vibrations. Train karma can also result in recurring nightmares.
Getting back on the airplane or the train in the present life can help
one to overcome past life fears of planes and trains.
*
Automobiles:
Death by automobile crashes tends to leave less violent
fear imprints. This is mainly because individuals drive cars themselves and
feel more in control than they do in ships, trains, or airplanes piloted by
others. Still there are many who are so traumatized by death in car crashes
in past lives that they cannot drive a car in their present one. The best
way to overcome such car karma is to get back behind the wheel… and try,
try again.
If you are terrified by fear to the point you worry
about being harmed by a crowd/mob, you have Agoraphobia.
If you fear crowds or mobs in this life with little
experience of them, you have most likely died by them in past lives:
*
Agoraphobia Defined:
Agoraphobia is the fear of crowds and mobs
which manifests as a fear of leaving the safety of home. This "frozen
fear" from traumatic deaths or terrifying events in the past lives is
the root cause of Agoraphobia. This past life "frozen fear" translates
into fear of the outside world now.
*
Agoraphobia Syndromes:
These are listed next in order of least
to most severe. Many Agoraphobics start out with the milder forms of this
syndrome. Yet if the frozen fears are not addressed and resolved, the
agoraphobic behaviors will only progress and become much more severe over
time until the underlying past life issues are healed.
*
The Agoraphobia Test:
Here is how to know if you are being
influenced by this past life habit (fear of crowds). Do you have any
of these?
*
Faux Paus Fearful:
Agoraphobia begins when the person avoids
places or situations that are part of "normal daily life" such as driving
a car, using public transportation, attending social gatherings, and so on.
They fear a panic attack will ensue and that "help will not be available"
or "people will not understand" or "something bad" will happen. This evokes
unconscious past life memories of when "something bad" did happen to them
because they made a "faux paus" (mistake).
*
Escape Artists:
Escape Artists cope with their fears by constantly
looking for "the way out". The moment their planned escape route is cut
off or threatened, they will feel trapped and "have to" find an alternative.
This need to escape has resulted from a death is past lives where they
suffered from not being able to escape from danger.
*
Mob Maniacs:
Mob Maniacs usually fear "wide, open places" like malls,
stadiums, theaters, grocery stores, or parks - wherever large crowds of
people are gathered together. Confronting a sea of strangers can invoke
unconscious memories-feelings of when they were killed by a violent or
angry mob in one or more past lives.
*
Sanctuary Seekers:
Sanctuary Seekers never leave the "safe,
controlled environment" of their homes. They have fully retreated from
life because their overwhelming fear of panic attacks have trapped them
in a powerful "feedback loop." The more the outside world is feared,
the greater their desire for sanctuary becomes.
