Background:
Your situation in life (health, finances, relationships) is a net
result of your karma as expressed by your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and actions. To
improve any situation, you need to start from the inside out ("as above, so below").
Goal: The purpose of this exercise is to release frozen emotions from your energy field which drive your beliefs and your actions. Past lives have left us all with deep seated emotions and beliefs that our conscious mind might know does not serve us... but that we still cling to unconsciously. EFT helps us to release the resonances from our system quickly so that we become free to make different choices. This version of EFT helps you to release unwanted NEGATIVE emotions. Preparation: To achieve "Emotional Freedom", here is what must happen first: 1>
You must admit that you do
have a problem:
Signs of disempowering unconscious beliefs at work (called
psychological reversals in EFT terminology) that indicate the existence of frozen
emotions include:

You must be honest with yourself and answer this
question:
"Do you really want to get free from your problems?" So
often our problems become so deeply ingrained in us that they come to define us.
3> Ask and you shall receive. You are a Divine spiritual being, a spark of God come to Earth to have a human experience. Inside yourself, you have and know everything you need to. All you need to do is become who you already are. 4> Listen and be open to what you will learn. If your life on Earth is perfect, then there is nothing more for you to do. Enjoy and do not waste another moment fixing what is not broken. If your life on Earth is less than great, then be open to the help that is about to be given to you through this exercise. 5> Being comfortable is essential. Do this exercise in a quiet place where you will be undisturbed for the entire session. This should last at least an hour. 6>
Learn the EFT Finger Position:
Here is how to position your fingers: 7> Learn the PRIMARY EFT Points: Here are the primary EFT points. These are the points that will be used most of the time in EFT work.
8> Learn the SECONDARY EFT Points: Here are these other EFT points. The hand points should also be used where the problems that you are seeking to release have been long standing and deep seated. THUMB Point: ('Hand Points' above) is located on the outside edge of of the nail of your thumb. 9> Select the PROBLEM or ISSUE to be resolved: Most people have a clear idea of what their issues are. When starting with the EFT process, select the biggest problem that you have. Lots of smaller problems hang off the bigger problem. Once it is dealt with, the other related problems may simply fall away. This EFT process works with any kind of physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual issue. 1>
Take some deep, refreshing breaths until you are
totally comfortable in whatever position you have chosen (it should
take you no more than 3 minutes).

Close your eyes and thinking about the problem you want to
resolve, in this case, "I am a failure with money".
Say that statement aloud until you can bring up the feelings
and emotions that you want to release. Think of yourself as always
"failing with money" until you
have a clear picture of the problem in your mind.
3> Begin with the KARMA Point. At a moderate pace, tap firmly at least 12 times on this point with your index and middle finger while saying "Even though I have created my karma and (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." You would fill in the parentheses () with your problem. Also, if it feels right you might want to add "and I forgive myself" or "and I forgive my parents or others" who you feel have contributed to your issue. 4> Be open to letting spirit guide you. If you feel that it is not time to move on from working this point, repeat your statement while continuing to tap. Usually you should only need to repeat the phrase 3 or 4 times while tapping on the point with your index and middle finger before moving on to the next one. 5> Continue with either the SORE SPOT or KARATE CHOP Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 6> If you want to do both, start with the KARATE CHOP Point and then move onto the SORE SPOT Point. If in doubt as to which one to choose, then we recommend doing the KARATE CHOP Point simply because it is easier to find and there no pain associated with it like unlike the SORE SPOT. 7> Continue with the INSIDE THE EYEBROW Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 8> Continue with the OUTSIDE THE EYEBROW Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 9> Continue with the UNDER THE EYE Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 10> Continue with the UNDER THE NOSE Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 11> Continue with the OVER THE CHIN Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 12> Continue with the UNDER THE COLLARBONE Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 13> Continue with the UNDER THE ARM Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 14> Close your eyes and take a deep breath. Think about your problem (I am a failure with money). Rate the intensity of your emotions at this point on the scale of 0 to 10, with 0 as feeling nothing and 10 as feeling the emotions with the greatest intensity. At this point, the emotions should be felt with less intensity that they were before you started this process. If the intensity of the emotion is still strong or if the issue is long standing and/or deep seated, continue on with the other EFT points. 15> Continue with the THUMB Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 16> Continue with the INDEX FINGER Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 17> Continue with the MIDDLE FINGER Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 18> Continue with the PINKY FINGER Point by tapping on this point 12 times firmly at a moderate pace while saying "Even though (I am a failure with money), I deeply and completely love and accept myself." 19> Again, close your eyes and take a deep breath. Think about your problem (I am a failure with money). Rate the intensity of your emotions at this point on the scale of 0 to 10, with 0 as feeling nothing and 10 as feeling the emotions with the greatest intensity. The emotions should be less than before. If the intensity of the emotion is still strong or if the issue is long standing and/or deep seated, repeat the entire process again, starting with the SORE SPOT or KARATE CHOP Point. 20> The KARMA Point should only be done once in the beginning for each issue. For karma to be released, you just need to acknowledge that you have created it... once that is done, focus on releasing the energy through the other points. 21>
Quite often, dealing with one issue will surface
other issues. Just continue working on them one at a time as they come up.
The goal is to release the "trapped" energy from your field so that you
no longer continue to experience the intensity of emotions that keep your
issues alive... and therefore unresolved.

Once you are done, you may want to end it with the BRAIN
BALANCING exercise.

Each person's experience of EFT will be unique. EFT ONLY works if you are willing
to face your issues head on, to accept responsibility - karmically - for your current
situation, and to be willing to learn your lessons by letting go of your problems.
EFT has a less than total success rate... because unless you have learned the lesson
associated with the block, your body simply will not be able to release it. If you
are not achieving results with EFT, wait a month and try again.
