REFUND POLICY
The following describes the Refund Policy for the
"Heal Past Lives" business (based in New Jersey USA and the
parent company is "Fun Life Company LLC"). This is hereafter
referred to as "THE COMPANY".
Please see THE COMPANY'S
Terms of Service (TOS)
as it is incorporated into
all of our Legal Notices.
THE COMPANY complies with the European Union's
"General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR).
For more on compliance with the EU's GDPR,
refer to the COMPANY'S Privacy Policy.
REFUNDS DEFINED:
Refunds are the return of funds that you, the
user of this site (hereafter the USER), have spent on purchasing the
PRODUCTS and/or SERVICES offered by THE COMPANY (hereinafter "ITEMS").
Refunds (hereafter "REFUNDS") include but are not limited to refunds
to the original payment source such as chargebacks on credit cards,
reversal of checks/e-checks, and return of money to offline or online
payment processors (like PayPal, Stripe, Authorize.net, etc).
***ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH THIS SITE:
REFUNDS EXCLUSIONS:
Refunds do not include genuine mistakes like
accidental double purchases or the return of checks and money orders
inadvertantly sent, and/or exchanges for alternative ITEMS.
REFUND PHILOSOPHY:
THE COMPANY truly believes in giving more than
receiving. Each of our ITEMS are designed by keeping this core principle
in mind. The COMPANY'S prices are intentionally kept reasonably low in
comparison value delivered. THE COMPANY intends to give YOU the tools
and information you need at an affordable price. Failure to use our
ITEMS you purchased from us does not give you the right to refuse payment
of any associated charges.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE:
If you, the USER, is not happy with your ITEMS,
THE COMPANY will REFUND you by reversing the original transaction
(refunding the PayPal payment or crediting the charge). If you are
unsatisfied with your Phone Session, please say so BEFORE it ends, and
your charge either will not be posted to your payment source or it
will be refunded promptly. If you are unsatisfied with your Email
Reading, you must email back and request a refund. With PayPal, you
will receive only the net amount that THE COMPANY received (which is
the full amount less the PayPal processing fee).
REFUND PROCESS:
The refund process can take up to 30 business
days (which excludes weekends and holidays) to process. This is up
to Paypal or to the banks behind the credit cards and it is in NO WAY
controllable by THE COMPANY. Once the refund is initiated, there will
be NO further support of this refund process by THE COMPANY.
NON-DELIVERY:
The COMPANY will do its best to assist
USERS with problems with the delivery of its ITEMS which include
but are not limited to downloading, extracting-unzipping files,
accessing member areas, and other technical issues. Claims for
non-delivery delivery must be submitted to the COMPANY in writing
via email within 30 days from the order date. Otherwise the
COMPANY'S ITEMS will be considered delivered.
PRODUCT NOT-AS-DESCRIBED:
THE COMPANY does its best to ensure that
its ITEMS are accurately represented prior to the USER'S
purchase. Yet the USER agrees that this description may not
ultimately accord with what they understood or expected and
that the only remedy is a refund of the purchase price.
DEFECTS:
THE COMPANY does its best to ensure that
its ITEMS are free of defects and to provide the quality,
functionality, and compatibility of the ITEMS as decribed
in its sales and marketing materials prior to the USER'S
purchase. Yet the USER agrees that this description may not
ultimately accord with what they understood or expected and
that the only remedy is a refund of the purchase price.
COMPATIBILITY:
THE COMPANY does its best to ensure that
its ITEMS are compatible with current technology but it is
NOT responsible for compatibility with their THIRD PARTY
products primarily but not limited to software (plug-ins, add-ons,
modules, search engines, scripts, extensions etc). THE COMPANY
does not provide support for any THIRD PARTY applications.
THIRD PARTIES:
Any "gifts", "bonuses", and other FREE items offered by THE COMPANY
along with and/or on behalf of THIRD PARTIES, are NOT a basis
for THE COMPANY to facilitate a REFUND.
REFUND POLICY:
While a refund will be given promptly, once
a refund is given, this automatically and permanently disqualifies you,
the USER, from receiving any further ITEMS from THE COMPANY. Refunds
are rare but are so costly in both time and money that THE COMPANY has
been obliged to adopt this firm refund policy. No exceptions will be made.
*** ITEMS PURCHASED THROUGH CLICKBANK:
NON-DELIVERY:
The delivery of the ITEMS is initially
given through the VENDOR (Clickbank) which directs the USER to the
MEMBERSHIP AREA where the COMPANY'S ITEMS are delivered to the USERS.
THE COMPANY will do its best to assist USERS with any issues with
delivery (which may arise from the USER's Internet Service and/or
Email provider). Claims for non delivery must be submitted to the
the COMPANY within 30 days. Otherwise the COMPANY'S ITEMS purchased via
CLICKBANK will be considered to be delivered.
CLICKBANK'S POLICY:
ClickBank "relies on their Return and
Cancellation Policy to ensure customer satisfaction with every
purchase,

The important part is that "ClickBank
allows each vendor to determine the appropriate return,
replacement, or cancellation policy for its products". Since
a link to THE COMPANY'S refund policy is posted at the bottom of
each page of this site, it complies with Clickbank's policy that
"each vendor will make its Return Policy readily available to
customers prior to purchase of a product."
GETTING A REFUND:
ClickBank manages the refund process
on behalf of THE COMPANY. To get a refund, the USER must keep
their receipt and use the order number on it to request a
refund from directly from Clickbank, the VENDOR.
CHANGE NOTICE:
As with any of THE COMPANY'S Website Policy pages, the contents of this page
can and will change over time. This page could read differently as of your
very next visit. These changes are made by THE COMPANY in order to protect
both the USER and the COMPANY.
If this page is important to you, you should check back
frequently as no other notice of changed content will be provided either before
or after the change takes effect. Any modifications to this policy will be
effective upon THE COMPANY'S publishing of the new page, and your continued use
of THE COMPANY'S website after the posting of any updates constitutes your
acceptance of our updated policy.
