ANTI-SPAM POLICY
The following describes the Anti-Spam Policy for the
"Heal Past Lives" business (based in New Jersey USA and the
parent company is "Fun Life Company LLC"). This is hereafter
referred to as "THE COMPANY".

SPAM DEFINED:
Spam is unsolicited electronic mail (email), also
known as junk mail or UCE (Unsolicited Commercial Email). Unsolicited
means you (hereafter the USER) have not requested email communications from the
sender (whether known or unknown). By sending email only to those who have
requested to receive it, THE COMPANY is following widely accepted
permission-based email delivery practices.
US LAWS AGAINST SPAM:
THE COMPANY complies with the Federal Statute United
States of America CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. As with any body of laws, any individual
State spam statutes and regulations can and will vary and may also have
different definitions of unsolicited commercial email.
INTERNATIONAL LAWS AGAINST SPAM:
THE COMPANY complies with the European Union's
"General Data Protection Regulation" (GDPR).

US AGENCIES:
There are various government agencies keeping track
of spam, including the Federal Trade Commission (FTC). The US CAN-SPAM
Act of 2003 provides a coherent and unified approach to the laws about
unsolicited commercial email. However, it is difficult for any government
agency to enforce spam law violations on any consistent or comprehensive
basis, so you, the USER, must know that your own vigilance is your own
best first line of defense against spam.
OPT OUT:
THE COMPANY protects you, the USER, by ensuring
that you are in total control of whether or not you ever hear from us by
email initially or in the future. Every email automatically sent to you
by THE COMPANY contains an unsubscribe link that cannot be removed.
This that ensures you will never receive another email communication from
THE COMPANY after you have opted to unsubscribe. If you no longer wish to

COMPANY COMMUNICATIONS:
The purpose of THE COMPANY sending emails
to its users is to communicate the features and benefits of THE COMPANY'S
products, services, and other offerings, hereafter the "ITEMS". This news
is spread through advertising, joint venture marketing, word of mouth,
and through other means of communication both online and offline. THE COMPANY
only intends to build relationships with those who wish to learn more about
the ITEMS we have to offer and have willingly subscribed to our content and
contact through email.
NO TOLERANCE SPAM POLICY:
THE COMPANY has a No Tolerance Anti-Spam
Policy. We do not send an email unless the individual has filled out an
"opt-in" or other web form expressing an interest in receiving information
about THE COMPANY'S ITEMS by directly requesting it.
REPORT ABUSE: Since THE COMPANY's
Website is run in compliance with the "US CAN-SPAM Act of 2003", if you feel
that you received any communication from us (email, etc) that you did not
request, send us the mail or email (including the MAIL HEADERS). THE COMPANY
will do everything possible to find those who have abused our website.
