Background: When you have lived a significant number of past lives, you are bound to have some "unquiet dead" inside you - from past lives - that are not quiet... not at peace. Until their spirit is laid to rest, they can make your current life a living hell. Being haunted by the "Unquiet Dead" is a hazard of Old Souls.

Goal: If some of your dead are not quiet, this exercise can help you to help them (as well as yourself) to find peace by gaining clarity on what needs to be healed.


1> Most people need to do this exercise daily for at least a month before they can fully connect with their unquiet past life personality. So you will probably need to have some patience with the process. Yet if you are patient and have a sincere desire to do meaningful past life healing, you will be successful.

2> Remember to do this process slowly. You must focus on completely relaxing your body and your mind so that your unquiet dead can be brought gently into your conscious awareness. Each time you do this exercise you will go ever more deeply into your unhealed past life issues. The deeper you go, the more answers you get.

3> Ask for your Higher Self, your Guides, your Guardian angels, and whatever other servants of the universe you like to be present for the entire session and to keep you safe and protected at all times.

4> When this exercise is complete, drink a glass of water and immediately cleanse yourself. Good cleansing will vary depending on if you are an:

"Air" person, sweating in a sauna or steam room is good cleansing. [MORE]
"Earth" person, taking a mud bath is good cleansing. [MORE]
"Fire" person, sitting surrounded by lit candles is good cleansing. [MORE]
"Water" person, taking a long shower is good cleansing. [MORE]

5> Being comfortable is the key. You can lie down (recommended) or sit up. If you opt to sit up, you must be supported and feel fully relaxed and comfortable.

6> Do this exercise in a peaceful place where you will be completely undisturbed for the entire session. This exercise should last for NO longer than 30 minutes. Set an alarm or timer to snap you out of it should the session begin to run any longer.

How to Do This Exercise:

1> Acknowledge Their Contribution: Each life you have lived in the past has directly contributed to who you are today. Even the most painful lifetime contains wisdom, learnings, and experiences which have helped you to evolve as Soul. Yet, before you can help your past life personality find peace, you MUST acknowledge their contribution to your life now. Tell them how they have helped you, why you have forgiven how they hurt you, what you have learned from them, what gifts they have given you, and how they have made your life better today.

2> Explain Their Adverse Impact: The mission of all past life personalities is to help you live a better life today. At times, what they view as helpfulness for you is absolutely harmful in your life today. You need to tell your past life personalities precisely what they are doing... that is disrupting your life now. Whether they are keeping you sick, broke, depressed, or from connecting in a loving way with another, you must point that out. Politely but firmly, you must remind that this life now is yours not theirs... and that you are the one in charge - period!

3> Help Them Become Quiet: Ask your past life personality what you need to do to help them become peaceful. Do you need to get something, go somewhere, complete some task, or do all three? Agree on precisely what the past life personality wants from you now (this should be a fairly short list because the present must outrank the past). Do what you have been asked so that they can become quiet now... and retreat into the background of your mind and heart.

4> Enjoy the Peace: After your past life personality has agreed to stop interfering with your life now, they need a new job. So ask them to advise you going forward instead of trying to lead your life for you. Take their advice if it makes sense to you... and thank them for sharing whatever the outcome. This is sure to make the unquiet dead get some rest and help you to get some peace!

Example: The point of doing this exercise is to delve into your past lives. Unlike a movie, this is always an intensely personal journey that will speak to you on many levels. It will be different for everyone since everyone is unique and has had a different past life journey. I wish you well on your journeys to the inner worlds.
