Prayer of Peace

Oh God, You are Peace. From You comes Peace, To You returns Peace.
Revive us with a salutation of peace, And lead us to your abode of Peace.

Sura Fatiha

Praise be to Allah, The Cherisher and Sustainer of the Worlds!
Most Gracious, Most Merciful, Master of the day of judgment.
Thee do we worship and Thine aid we seek Show us the straight way;
The way of those on whom Thou hast bestowed Thy Grace
Those whose (portion) is not wrath, And who go not astray.

Sura Al Baqarah

On no soul doth Allah place a burden greater than it can bear.
It gets every good that it earns, And it suffers every ill that it earns.

(Pray!) Our Lord! condemn us not if we forget or fall into error;
Our Lord! lay not on us a burden like that which Thou didst lay on those before us;
Our Lord! lay not on us a burden greater than we have strength to bear.

Blot out our sins, And grant us forgiveness.
Have mercy on us, Thou art our Protector!
Help us against those, Who stand against Faith!

In You We Put Our Trust (Prophet Mohammed)

Lord, in you we put our trust. To you we turn in times of need.
To you we shall go at the moment of death.

Do not allow us to be deceived and
misled by the designs of those whose hearts are evil.
Forgive us for the evil in our own hearts.
You alone are mighty; you alone are wise.

Put Courage Into My Heart (Prophet Mohammed)

Lord, put courage into my heart, and take away all that may hinder me serving you. Free my tongue to proclaim your goodness, that all may understand me.

Give me friends to advise and help me, that by working together our efforts may bear abundant fruit. And, above all, let me constantly remember that my actions are mine unless they are guided by your hand.

Sustain Me With Your Power (Prophet Mohammed)

Lord, may everything that I do start well and finish well. Sustain me with your power. And in your power let me drive away all falsehood, ensuring that truth may always triumph.

We Listen To You And Obey You (Prophet Mohammed)

Lord, you do not put a greater burden on a soul than it can bear. You are not angry with us when we make mistakes, but are quick to forgive us and set us right.

You do not lead us into moral and spiritual danger without protecting and guiding us, so our souls can emerge unscathed. You do not allow us to be defeated by the deceits of unbelievers, but ensure that ultimately truth will be victorious. Lord, we listen to you, and we obey you.
