Background on This Exercise
Background: Traditional manifesting follows a simple formula. Envision what it is that you wish to manifest in precise detail while being as specific as possible about it and believing/acting as if it is already an accomplished fact. This involves seeing, hearing, feeling, thinking, etc about your manifestation exactly as you would wish it to be so that "you get what you asked for". Yet often what you asked for turns out to be not really what you would want if only you had known what was really out there. There is always something out there better for you than you could imagine and that you would want if only you had known about it.
This exercise will enable you to manifest your
dreams in their highest possible form. Unlike traditional manifesting,
the key here is to hold the overall intention of receiving the highest
possible form of what you want without being very specific as to how it
must manifest. This works because the less you restrict the channels of
manifestation, the faster, better, and more creatively they can operate.
Careful preparation is the key to the success of this exercise.
1> Ask and you shall receive. You are a Divine spiritual being, a spark of God come to Earth to have a human experience. Inside yourself, you have and know everything you need to. By surrendering your manifesting desires to the "universe of all possibilities", you become totally open to your Higher Self.
2> No more than 3 bold goals. If you really want the universe to manifest your desires to the highest vibration, then be open to the help that is about to be given to you. If you are too detailed in your goals then consider that you are restricting what the universe can do for you. Confine yourself to big, broad goals like "being in a satisfying romantic relationship", "creating wealth", or "building vibrant health".
3> Being comfortable is the key. You
can lie down (recommended) or sit up. If you opt to sit
up, you must be supported and feel fully relaxed and
4> Do this exercise in a quiet place where you will be completely undisturbed for the entire session. This should last NO longer than 10 minutes. Set an alarm or timer to alert you should the session run longer.
5> You must make the commitment to do this exercise every day for 60 days. If you miss a day, you have to start all over again. When you have done this exercise for the full 60 days, it is most likely that your life will be transformed for the better.
1> Take some deep, refreshing breaths until you are totally comfortable and relaxed in whatever position you have chosen (it should take you no more than 3 minutes to get comfortable).
2> Close your eyes and declare to the universe with silent intensity. "I surrender the manifestation of my goals of (fill in the blank here with a only BRIEF description of your goals) to the highest possible vibration in full faith and confidence that the universe will handle all details for the highest good of all concerned. So be it. It is so." Put as much emotion into this as possible because it is the intensity of your commitment that will make this process work. The more intense you are, the quicker results will manifest for you.
3> After you make this statement, send some BRIEF pictures of yourself enjoying the manifestation of the universal creation. For example, if you want a romantic relationship then see yourself being in a loving relationship being held, kissed, and cherished by a romantic partner. Or if you want better work, see yourself being at work and feeling as if you love it and are happy and lucky to be there, etc.
4> Focus only on the BIG picture of your goals. End by filling your awareness with the intention of allowing the universe to fill in the details and by saying aloud with confidence and passionate intensity: "So be it. It is so."
5> To make this even more real to yourself, you might want to create a vision board of your big goals. Put pictures of what you desire your future to look like (only use only a few words). Place this vision board where you will see it often.
