FAQ: What is the quickest & easiest way I can communicate with my HS?

Since it often takes some time to develop the ability to see, hear, feel, or know the guidance of your Higher Self, there is a faster and easier way to communicate with it.

This is kinesiology (muscle) testing. This works because the body is the communication gateway between you and your Higher Self.

To ask your Higher Self simple "Yes" or "No" type of questions, here are the steps to follow:

1> Set up the muscle testing loop by doing the following:

• With your dominant hand (the one you write with and use for most tasks), form a loop by pressing the tips of your thumb and index finger together.
• With the other hand (the hand less frequently used), press your thumb and your index finger together to form a flat triangle.
• Insert this flat triangle inside the loop.

2> Think of the "Yes/No" type of question that you want to ask your Higher Self.

• If the answer is "Yes", then instruct your Higher Self to keep the loop on your dominant hand closed when the thumb and index fingers of the flat triangle opens and presses against the loop.
• If the answer is "No", then instruct your Higher Self to allow the loop on your dominant hand to open when the thumb and index fingers of the flat triangle opens and presses against the loop.

Some things to remember about muscle testing:

1> Practice this technique on some harmless and obvious questions. For example, I would say "My name is Ellen" and should get a "Yes" answer when performing this muscle testing. But if I said "My name is Joe", I should get a "No" answer when performing this muscle testing.

2> If you are too tired or too ill or too stressed or there is something which is interfering with the normal functioning of your body, then you will not get an accurate answer (remember the body is the gateway to your Higher Self).

3> If you are too mentally or emotionally invested in the answer you are trying to receive, then your body (which loves you) will tend to give you the answer that you wish to receive. This generally speaking is probably not an accurate answer.

4> The answers you receive to your questions are very precise and depend a great detail upon the wording of the question. Your Higher Self will not interpret what you asked but it will tailor it's answer to your specific question. This often is not what you meant to ask. There is a very clear, simple reason why this happens.

Your Higher Self wants you to contact it (see "Aligning with Your Higher Self"). It wants to give you guidance that is more complex and meaningful than simple "Yes/No" questions will allow. It views muscle testing as a temporary measure until a more permanent communication link can be developed.
