helped give some grounded
explanation for a lot of internal and often difficult feelings.
It tells me that I am indeed making some progress however slow.
I appreciate that I could benefit from doing the
exercises
fit to specific areas on my own. I am
eager to finish clearing the last of my unresolved karmic business
that I might enjoy mid-age and my later years in much peace and happiness.
