FAQ: What is the difference between accessing and healing past lives? Accessing past lives means you are limiting yourself to viewing single images of who you had been in your past lives. It would be as if someone having a camera with past life powers took still photographs of you. You would get back pictures of yourself with one image per life. Yet without the memories of who you had been in the photograph, it would not be meaningful to you. It would be like you looking at a neighbor's photo album without them telling you who all the people in the pictures were. Therefore accessing your past lives might serve to satisfy your curiousity but it would very likely not heal you. Just look at the picture above and ask yourself: "if that was me, what would it tell me?" If this is all you want from past life work, then all you need to do is the simple technique for past life exploration that you can do on your own (see "Self Guided Past Life Regression"). Healing past lives is entirely different. Past life work is only meaningful if it can help you resolve problems that you are having in your life right now. If a resonance from the past is keeping you from being the person you were meant to be right now, here today, this very minute, then it must be healed. Healing is only possible when a past life is viewed in depth. So instead of your guessing the problem from looking a past life snapshot, you need to review in depth what happened to you in past lives to see where the problems really lay. Once the problem is properly understood, only then can the unhealthy, unconscious physical, mental, or emotional linkages to the past be healed to empower your future. |
