The most useful thing my Higher Self did for me was to renegotiate my contract.

Before anyone enters the Earth plane, they come down with an agreement about what they wish to accomplish while they are here.

Each individual labors under this "life contract" until their body dies or until they complete everything listed in the contact or until they ask to have it renegotiated.

NOTE: usually a person cannot become eligible for a life contract renegotiation until AFTER they have reached the age of 25 in their current physical incarnation.

Generally speaking, a person is eligible for a life contract renegotiation if:

First: if they have substantially completed their original contract and achieved their goals.
Second: if the universe agrees it is not in the individual's best interests to continue with it.

It is a universal truth that most people when viewing themselves at the level of pure spirit are their own harshest critics. Often, the universe is far more generous in evaluating your spiritual progress than you yourself tend to be. Your Higher Self can judge your eligibility for a contract renegotiation should you desire it.
