FAQ: Will I physically feel the effect of my Higher Self Healing?

Maybe yes, maybe no, it depends.... upon you and your situation. If a client's problems are mental or emotional, they may never feel a thing... unless that situation was linked with physical pain triggered by intense emotion.

If a client's problems are "just physical", it is possible for the person to experience releases of pain from the moment they set their intention to make and keep the appointment.

It is common for the person to feel an intensity in their pain before, during, and/or after the session. This increase in intensity is the body's way of releasing the pain for good. This release process should be followed by a permanent reduction in their pain... if the person was open to healing their issues. [Example]

Many times if the pain cannot be handled by the person, the channel can wick the pain on their behalf. What this means is that "I feel your pain" before releasing it to the universe. It has been my experience that whatever is necessary for the highest good for all concerned is what will be permitted to occur.

Example: Permanent Pain Reduction: A client had repressed a painful memory from her childhood. She was a very old soul who had suffered extreme hardship throughout many incarnations. She needed to resolve that deeply ingrained pattern of suffering so she could move forward in her life. So we explored that particular painful childhood memory from this life and she got sick to her stomach as it unfolded (we had to stop the session for an hour before we could continue).

It was her body was telling her - in a way that could not be easily ignored - that what she was hearing was not only the truth but that her refusal to face this truth was the direct cause of her chronic stomach problems.

After our session, she found relief from the problems (including her stomach pain) that the repression of this agonizing memory had caused her. I am certain that without this timely and painful reminder from her body, this woman would have ignored what spirit was trying to tell her. Had she not listened, she would have been the loser because she would have continued to suffer needless years of pain.
