FAQ: How long does it take for Higher Self Healing?

How long it takes is completely dependent on you. Higher Self Healing can be instant and miraculous. Or it can take days or weeks to complete. Or it can never kick in.

The difference between these results is you. What makes the difference is how open you are to the healing, how willing you are to recognize and accept the truth of what you hear and what you feel, and how able you are to let go of old patterns in your consciousness.

Some clients were so ready to let go of their problems that they almost completed their processing by the time of the session. Others got immediate relief once the session was done.

Still others had problems - held for so long and running so deep - that it took weeks for them to be fully released from their bodies or minds. Only a very few will still cling to their problems like a security blanket (because they somehow feel their problems define them) after the healing session is over.

The bottom line is that only you can heal yourself, the healer is merely the vehicle that facilitates the healing (see "Rules of Healing").
